Terms of trade

Alcohol, smoking and drugs

  1. You are allowed to bring your own alcohol, which corresponds to a maximum of 2 items per person per hour. This is for safety reasons and there is no toilet on board.
  2. Beer, cider, wine and bubbles may be brought. Shots, hard liquor and the like are not allowed. It is not allowed to use beer booms or mix drinks on board.
  3. Smoking is allowed on board Rafty.
  4. It is not allowed to consume any forms of euphoric substances on the trip.
  5. Rafty may at any time refuse guests, reduce the duration of the trip or completely interrupt the trip without financial compensation if guests’ behavior is deemed inappropriate or they arrive particularly under the influence.

Food and drink

  1. You are allowed to bring your own food and drink. See terms for alcohol.
  2. Remember to bring bags for your own waste. Waste from food and drinks brought in, must be taken with you when you return home.

Bathing, music and waste

  1. Swimming is not allowed from the vessel. Swimming in the harbor follows the general terms and rules issued by the City & Port.
  2. It is allowed to bring a small Bluetooth speaker. Larger systems/speakers are not allowed. Rafty captain has the right to regulate the sound level.
  3. No littering is allowed during the tour. Guests are responsible for taking their own trash with them after the tour.

Cancellation and rebooking and cancellation of Rafty

  1. Cancellation is done by sending an email to rafty@rafty.dk with your name and reservation.
  2. If cancelled no later than 24 hours before the reservation starts, the amount will be refunded minus a fee of 50 DKK.
  3. If cancelled later than 24 hours before the reservation starts, the amount will not be refunded.
  4. Reservations can be rebooked free of charge no later than 24 hours before the reservation starts.
  5. If Rafty cancels, the entire amount will be refunded.
  6. Rafty may cancel if weather conditions make sailing unsuitable.
  7. Rafty is not liable for compensation in the event of cancellation due to weather conditions, theft or technical problems.

Safety and liability

  1. Life jackets are provided for children and adults.
  2. If a passenger causes damage to themselves, others or other people’s property, they are personally liable.
  3. Rafty has liability insurance through Søassistancen.

Commercial use and other terms

  1. The vessels may not be used for commercial use without a written agreement with Rafty.
  2. All prices include VAT. The full amount for the selected experience is deducted as soon as the purchase is completed.
  3. We accept MobilePay, Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, credit and debit cards.
